TESSY DE LUXEMBOURG WEARING BLANLAC SHOES
Beginning of 2019, The Leadership Academy approved the nomination of Tessy Antony de Nassau as the "Leader of The Year 2019" for her impact and work in global education.
Tessy Antony de Nassau received her Award in a beautiful ceremony held during the Annual Leadership Conference in September 2019.

FASHION FORWARD WITH LUXINNOVATION
Back on the Fashion Forward event where the panel was able to show a nice unanimity on the fact that the implementation of technology, communication, transparency and support from Luxembourg could help to boost performance of sustainable fashion and startups in Luxembourg.

The « October Days for Sustainable Development 2019 » organized by the EIB has shed light on innovative initiatives that contribute to explore and show best sustainable / environmental practices emerging in the food, fashion and tourism sectors, inviting scientific community and key stakeholders.
Michael Stanley-Jones (UN Alliance for Sustainable Fashion / UN Environment), Alexander Kohnstamm (Executive Director of Fair Wear Foundation), Milena Amaral (Founder and CEO of Neovili), Leonie Meier (Consultant at UN Economic Commission for Europe), Katia Vladimirova (Researcher at University of Milan-Bicocca) were part of it and … Lydia Leu-Sarritzu (founder) has presented BLANLAC as a sustainable fashion brand which emphasis is to use innovative materials and technology. The opportunity to show our wooden shoes!
